Matthew 19:14
Matthew 19:14
Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
CALVARY KIDS KINGDOM is ready to serve by Loving Living and Listening by Christ’s example. Creation Station, Babygarden, and Joy Junction are excited to teach about the love of Jesus in fun and interactive ways.
We have classrooms for each age group with teachers that will engage your child with Biblical activities will teach the foundations of the Bible.
Proverbs 22:6 - Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
3 John 1:4 - I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.
PRESCHOOL
We use hands on activities to hide God's Holy Word in children's hearts. They need to see the story take place whether through pictures, illustrations and animation. Vacation Bible School, Awana Clubs, Creative Ministries, and Choir engage eager learners to build a solid foundation of Jesus Christ. Each Sunday we provide preschoolers- 2nd grade with a loving, spiritual environment that allows them to be actively involved in an active worship time, and participate in a fun and instructional lesson time that teaches about God and His Word.
ELEMENTARY
We continue to spiritually nourish all children who attend, to disciple them and help them build bonds of friendship. All the efforts have the ultimate goal of helping children build a strong relationship with Jesus. Age appropriate bible lessons using Sunday School, Bible Drill, Creative ministries, Choir and Mission Work Opportunities can help establish long term healthy relationships, guiding kid's hearts to God.
PRETEENS
Our preteens find themselves in an unusual position within the church. They are too old for most of the children's activities but not quite ready for the youth group. Our preteen class is for students 4th and 5th grade that provides fun and fellowship preparing them to merge into the middle school student ministry. Each week our class meets with activities planned that includes food, games and a biblical message that complements the activities.
TEAMKID
We engage students to start thinking less of themselves and more of JESUS. Each month local mission opportunities are given to students to participate in developing discipleship and evangelism skills. Each Wednesday night a "challenge" is presented to keep students engaged in scripture during the week. Challenges could be a social media activity, scripture painting, or out of the box thinking on how to evangelize to peers.
